As a historic building, we do not have a lift. Climbing stairs promotes fitness and this architectural element contributes significantly to its unparalleled ambiance.
General amenities include heating, a dining table, sofa and armchair, coffee table and balcony.

We are happy to provide recommendations for great restaurants nearby. As they are often quite busy, it is best to make reservations in advance. We can happily do this for you if you would like. Just let us know!
Our top picks:
- Brandiskeller: as the name suggests, this is a cellar where you can enjoy fine wine, beer and traditional cuisine. In summer, it boasts a wonderful garden and is just a 5 minute walk away!
- Waalrast: indulge in South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes surrounded by apple orchards and vineyards with panoramic views of the Adige Valley. It too is just a 5 minute walk away!
- Rebmannkeller: a shady beer garden, with traditional homemade wine and traditional dishes in western Lana – just like a typical South Tyrolean "Buschenschank" should be! Dogs are welcome. A 15-20 minute walk away.

Conditions and important information
Our conditions
Smart check-in: check in online between 3 and 10 pm to receive a code for the safe at our front door. The key will be inside.
Smart check-out: check out between 8 and 10 am by simply placing the key back in the safe. You'll find more information about payment below.
Capacity: our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults.
Minimum stay: enjoy a relaxing stay of at least 3 nights or extend your visit for a workation or home office.
Dogs & pets are very welcome – we charge € 15 per night for their stay.
Smoking: we provide a designated smoking area on the balcony. An ashtray is supplied.
To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that no parties be held.
Booking conditions
How to book: you can book by phone, directly on this website, using our enquiry form or by email.
Local tourism tax: please note that the municipality charges a local tourism tax of € 2.10 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over. This fee is payable directly at the property and helps support local amenities. At goesslturm tower, a TravelBox will be at your disposal. Please simply put the corresponding amount in here.
Cancellation conditions
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your arrival (by 10 pm the day before) without any penalty. For cancellations made after this time, or if you fail to arrive, arrive late, or leave early, the full amount will be charged.
