G IS FOR GREEN AND GOLDEN …

Spring, summer and autumn in Lana

Autumn lingers well into November here, with mild temperatures year-round. Spring arrives early, making it the perfect time to fully enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. Step right out of your door and onto the famous irrigation channel paths of days gone by, known as waalwege, which wind their way gently through the landscape. Hike through apple orchards and vineyards, climb the mountains, visit the biotope, or explore the shady, almost mystical Gaulschlucht gorge. When the weather turns, cozy up in the village with its shops, friendly inns and vibrant atmosphere.

G IS FOR GUTSY …

Hiking and biking in the mountains

Do you crave adventure and prefer cooler temperatures in the summer? Then head to Monte San Vigilio, where you can relax in the tranquillity of nature on hikes far away from everyday life or let off steam with trail running. Look forward to panoramic adventures on your mountain bike – the Transalp route makes this place a top destination for cycling enthusiasts. If you prefer not to pedal uphill, simply use the cable car.

Golf at Gutshof Brandis

Fancy a hole in one? Give it a try! Lana Golf Club boasts a pleasant 9-hole course surrounded by fruit orchards and vineyards. At almost 3 kilometres long, it is quite extensive by South Tyrolean standards! And the best part? You can tee off just a 5-minute walk from your holiday apartment.

BONUS FOR YOUR STAY

Your very own South Tyrol Guest Pass!

On the day you arrive you will be given a special pass that grants you free travel on all public transport throughout your stay in South Tyrol. Take advantage of it to explore the region's most beautiful places at your leisure.
